Items Not Eligible for Return: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom/personalized items, beauty products, or hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids).
Exchanges: If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order after your return is approved.
